Built around what actually gets flagged
Drain slope is the most common citation in residential plumbing and it is almost always a judgement made in a crawlspace with limited fall available. Venting is second, usually on a fixture added to an existing system where the original vent was never sized for it. Cleanout access and T and P discharge termination round out the list, and both fail on installs that are otherwise correct.

What it is not
It is not the IPC and it is not authoritative. Your inspector and your jurisdiction are. It also does not cover local amendments, which in plumbing are common and sometimes stricter than the model code. Check locally before you stake a rough-in on it.
